被打劫的厄运将被提高。。。。
大马的治安会越来越坏。。。。
越来越少人会出门花钱。。。。
国家经济会越来越低糜。。。。
最后国家和人民都遭殃。。。。

Response to budget 2010

ha....have to cancel all of my credit cards.....next year,government will impose RM50 as service charge per card....

and, sell my property in this year too,if not ,have to pay property gain tax of 5%....

wow,imaging 40 years ago,bought a house at RM50,000 at kl....now market value is RM1 million......wow...wow...wow.....RM47500 need to pay to government (5% property gain tax)....so....hurry up....sell your house before 31 dec 2009...
